Many Conservative candidates won big around the country in the June 8th Primaries. =)
Sharon Angle’s Republican Senate seat victory in Nevada is a testament to the power of TEA Party Nation’s grassroots efforts in politics. Angle did not have the backing of the Republican party, she ran from the outside. She is who “the people” wanted, not who the party wanted. One month before the election she was unknown, but the grassroots effort pushed and got out their message. In November, she will run against Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) for a seat he has held for decades, and many analysts say she will bet him handily! But don’t count on it, she will still need volunteers, money and VOTER TURN OUT! http://www.sharronangle.com & RedState article.
We all know the Left can bring people out to the polls (SEIU, ACORN, MoveOn.org, Organizing for America). They have a fantastic internet campaign and we need to learn from them to get our message out on social network sites. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS! SEIU is targeting certain races around the country.
Nikki Haley, a relatively unknown in South Carolina, beat the GOP / Republican establishment candidate in the Republican primary for governor. She was on Sean Hannity’s show tonight (6-8-10). http://www.nikkihaley.com **** Link to RedState coverage of Nikki Haley.
E-Meg (Meg Whitman) former CEO of Ebay took her place as the new Republican candidate for Governor in the California primary lastnight. She will run against Arnold in November.
Carla Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett Packard, defeated GOP establishment opponent Tom Campbell for California seat currently held by the worthless Barbara Boxer (D-CA). She was my senator when i lived in CA, so I can say she is worthless.
Incumbent Senator Blanche Lincoln (D-NE) won her primary, but doesn’t stand a chance in November. What RedState.com says.
I recommend RedState.com and DrudgeReport.com for great news!
Christine,
Great website. We have you linked on our website shown above. I am
with “We The People of Ashe County”. We had a “standing room only”
Tea Party last April; we had over 500 people at our Ashe Convention
Center with a seating capacity of 300. Check out our website and the “Home
School Choir”! Good Luck to all of you in the fight to take back our Country.
We can see November from here!!!
Best Regards,
