AZ IMMIGRATION

Judge Susan Bolton decides SB1070 is no enforceable at the state level with a preliminary injunction.  She blocks full immigration law from going into effect on August 1st.  “This still isn’t over,” said Sheriff Dever. He was interviewed and said, “This just goes to show that there is still a huge problem in AZ.  If these types of immigrations laws are not enforced in the interior parts of the state, then the border counties are the first and last line of defense for the state, or the rest of the country for that matter.”

AZ Attorneys and the Governor must ask the judge to “reconsider” her ruling before they will be allowed to appeal the decision to a higher court. Judge Bolton could drag this out for weeks or months.

Fed’s announce a shift of prescription drug money from Medicare to younger, under medicated 18 to 26 year old population.  Surprise!!!! Obamacare will ration the med’s of the elderly. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!  I told you guys Obamacare was not about health or care. I called it hellthcare then, and I call it hellthcare now.  (I heard this story several times on FoxNews this morning, but I can’t find a news story to link here now. hmmmm?)

NO MORE FOIA REQUESTS TO THE SEC

As a term of the new Financial Regulation legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission will no longer honor Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for government information from citizens or the media.  Obama and Pelosi both lied when they each promised this would be the most transparent administration in history.

Nation will decide MA vote. Hahahaha What??

“The Massachusetts Legislature has approved a new law intended to bypass the Electoral College system and ensure that the winner of the presidential election is determined by the national popular vote.” Seriously [sarcasm]? Are they unfamiliar with subject of States’ Rights and the 10th Amendment? Why would any state allow the national vote to determine their election outcome? That’s stupid on so many levels!  What planet are these people from?
