Realistic Self Defense Training

Overview of Course:

Students will receive extensive training in field-tested techniques on using pressure points and realistic techniques as ways to disengage from violent persons. Pressure point control tactics are tactically and medically sound methods. It is a system designed around striking nerve motor points (which invokes temporary paralysis).

Are there any prerequisite classes required?

No, we will match personalized instruction to your current abilities.

What is the cost?

$100 (includes all handouts); $50 deposit is required upon registering for class due to limited class size (14 participants)

Where is the class held?

At our Lenoir Training Facility; we will meet at Cheek’s Convenience at 2689 Blowing Rock Blvd in Lenoir at 8:00 AM. The training facility is located about 5 minutes from the meetup location.

Who is the course designed for?

The course is designed around different realistic scenarios. Anyone who would want to know how to respond in a potentially dangerous situation should attend.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable athletic clothing.
