9/22 – Big NC Constitution Day Tea Party Rally at Jomeokee Park and Campground in Pinnacle on Sept 22nd at 11:30am – 4:00pm. Picnic starting at 11:30.  Speakers at 1:00pm. 9/22 – Asheville Tea PAC Congressional Forum and Meet and Greet the Candidates Saturday, September 22, 2012, from 9:30am -5pm.  Hayden Rogers (D) and Mark Meadows (R) to address the group from 11am-1pm.  Where: Skyland Fire Department, Asheville. Second Floor.

10/1 – Caldwell Liberty PAC hosting a School Board Candidate Q&A Forum at 6:30pm at the library.

9/4 – 60 PLUS Association will be honoring Mark Meadows at 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the Caldwell County Library. (See the calender for complete details.)

9/4 – American’s For Prosperity bus tour: Obama’s Failing Agenda.  Traveling across the state.  They will be in Hickory from 5:00pm to 8:30pm. Cal Thoms will be the guest.  You need to register.  (See the calender for complete details.)

9/5 – Rock the Red! LINK. [LOCATION CHANGED on 9/2/12] This is a CONSERVATIVE festival with political speakers and live entertainment at it’s best!! Come on down to Hunter Farm, 13624 Providence Road, Weddington, NC, on Sept. 5th, 2012, and be a part of “ROCK THE RED”… Admission is only $5 and parking is free for this outdoor location.  (See the calender for complete details.)

9/9 – Foothills Young Professional Republicans meeting at Meedo’s Express at 3pm.

9/7 – Voter requests can begin for Absentee Ballots.  Call Board of Elections at 757-1326.

9/13 – Caldwell TEA Party regular meeting, THURSDAY, 7pm, at the library.  Middle East expert will join us to answer questions about this week’s Embassy assaults.  November Voter Guides are not ready.  We will discuss.

9/13 – Caldwell County Democrat Party HQ phone bank every Thursday 5-8pm until the election.  Caldwell County Democrat Headquarters is on Harper Avenue across from Sonic.
