10/11 – Caldwell TEA Party regular meeting at 7pm at the library.  There are candidates invited – details to be added.

All this below is still important ——–

On Saturday, Judy, Alex, Ron, and I went knocking on doors in the Lower Creek precinct.  We had a great time.

We have a full month planned!  Here are a few things:

• I have ordered 5,000 Faith & Freedom Coalition Voter Guides to pass out during early voting and on election day (for as long as they last).  We also picked up a large box +/-2,000 of Conservative Voter Guides with all the NC Statewide candidates
• Early Voting starts on Thursday, Oct. 18th and patriots are needed to work at the two Early Voting stations in Lenoir and Granite Falls.  Please consider spending some time passing out voter information.  We’ll talk about it at the meeting.
• Oktober Fest in Hickory is next weekend, and Caldwell Republican Club is sharing a booth there with Catawba TEA Party.  Would you like to help work the booth on Saturday?
• Members have been invited to do some door knocking in Shelby for Warren Daniel on 10/13 from 9:30am til 4pm.
• Foothills Young Professional Republicans are meeting on 10/13 at 6pm in Morganton at a local restaurant.  link
• Those of you who lean left can make calls from the Democrat headquarters on Tuesday 10/9 for Democrat candidates.
• Those of you who lean right can attend a GOP fundraiser on 10/13 for Chicken-Q to raise money for GOP voter guides for the Sunday paper.
• And lastly, on Election Night we’re planning a big party at Super Dog on Wilkesboro Blvd beginning around the time polls close.  Come there ready to eat dinner (dutch treat) and spend a few hours with us.  There will be a big TV to watch the results come in and wi-fi for your laptops to keep up with all the rest of the news.
