We must NOT permit an Article V convention to take place.

In this paper, I prove that what Mark Levin is saying in his new book is not true.  

Our Framers never told us to smack down a disobedient federal government by “amending the Constitution”!  They proposed very different remedies [which I list in footnote 3]. 

I also show with quotes from our Framers why an Article V convention is a thing to be greatly feared and at all costs avoided.
