“Ethnic replacement” – coined by Michael Savage today – meaning when a dictatorship/tyrant replaces a non-compliant citizenry with a more malleable, compliant citizenry. While some tyrants just shoot the dissenters, others just replace them with immigrants friendly to their ways.
