Today, I attended 3 swearings in and a Burke County GOP meeting. Here are the pictures I took:

New District Attorney David Learner Sworn In at 1pm along with 18 Assistant DA’s. About 400 people packed Court Room 1 in Morganton.

Later, at 7pm, we saw DA Learner at a Burke County GOP meeting. He has some great ideas. [Below]

At 2pm, Judge David Aycock was Sworn

Then at 3pm, Judge Dan Kuehnert was Sworn In at the old courthouse in Morganton. He had a full agenda with numerous speakers. Everyone was particularly supportive of his good character and sincerely wished Judge Kuehnert well. [Below]

That’s was January 1st, 2015. The NC House and Senate will be Sworn In on January 14th in Raleigh.
