Reminder for Tuesday’s Meeeting

1/5 – Caldwell TEA Party meeting 7pm. Pediatrician Dr. Rosemary Flores-Stein, candidate for NC Secretary of Public Instruction, will discuss the good and bad effects good of the new school curriculum (Common Core) on our children. Lynn M. Taylor, an anti-Common Core activist, will share legislative updates with us. Deanna Ballard (R) will join us to briefly introduce herself. Ballard is running for NC Senate (Dan Soucek’s seat). All candidates welcome! 7pm at the Caldwell County Library, 120 Hospital Ave., Lenoir, NC 28645.
