HB733 “2nd Amendment Preservation Act”: Uses “anti-commendeering” provisions from 1842 that allow states to not enforce federal law or acts. In this case citing new federal laws violate the US Constitution and FL Consitutions. Basically, the states are not responsible to enforce federal law.
