About Us

Caldwell TEA Party

“TEA Party” is in the tradition of the Boston Tea Party when American Colonists threw over-taxed tea from an English ship the Boston Harbor to keep the taxes from being collected and paid to King George.  In modern time, TEA simply stands for Taxed Enough Already.  “TEA Party” is not a political party in any way, shape, or form.  “TEA Party” is a  movement to return our federal government to a more constitutional way of governing.

We are at a point in this country where we are under attack from within.  In Obama’s inauguration address he clearly stated his desire for “fundamental transformation of America.”  He is keeping his promise. Obama along with many in Congress are passing sweeping, unread, and unConstitutional legislation at overwhelming speed.  They must be stopped.

Caldwell TEA Party is NOT a third-party. We are a GROUP of concerned citizen. We have no ambitions to begin a third-party. We want to work within the existing framework to educate voters about candidates and issues.  Please come get to know us.

Caldwell TEA Party is not a tax-deductible charity.

We-The-People of Caldwell County, North Carolina, have come together to make our voices heard in opposition to our government’s march us towards an America we will not recognize as promised by Obama as a “fundamental transformation of America.”  We do not want that kind of change at any level of government, and we will mobilize against these unAmerican ideas.

You should know what is contained in these very short documents. Declaration of Independence link.  US Constitution link. The Bill of Rights link. NC Constitution link. All Americans should read these documents and understand them. We are free. The federal government is very limited. The states’ are given certain powers.  All the rest of the power and responsibility rests with the people to make their own decisions. Please know your rights.

We accept the 9 Principles and 12 Values of The912Project.com as truth. Click on this link and see if these are types of characteristics that you expect from your children, your siblings, your business partners, your pastor, and your teachers. Why wouldn’t we demand these same characteristics from our elected officials in our towns, counties, Raleigh and Washington?

We support rational concepts of:

  • States’ Rights
  • Responsible spending
  • NO bailouts!
  • Free markets
  • Term limits
  • Less government spending
  • Smaller government
  • A Constitutionally limited government
  • Less government involvement in our individual lives
  • Individual choice and responsibility
  • Secure borders
  • Strong national security
  • Energy independence
  • Conservative values
  • Transparency, accountability and integrity in government
  • American Exceptionalism

We need you!  If you can agree with 80% of these rational, American ideas, come get to know us.  We are all engaged in preserving America and stopping the Progressive agenda.

We are Americans!  We have been the luckiest people in the world, because we are able to write the scripts of our lives. We have free to choice. We can exercise our free will. We are free to succeed. We are free to fail. Historically, we make our own way in this world. We will not tolerate the federal government making personal decisions for us (like from what company I much purchased medial insurance from or be jailed, what type of medicine I will study in medical school and where I will work, how much weatherization I must do to my home before I can sell it, allow government access all my financial and investment records before medical treatment, what is “real” news, etc…).

Hi, Ron!! I really enjoyed our long talk yesterday. We had a bad lightning storm and our cable was knocked out. I wanted to call you back this morning, but I have sooooo much to do before the meeting. If I can get everything done, I will give you a call.

Posting to the email address won’t get your comments on here. Post a comment here on the website. I only have to approve your comment the first time, after that you can comment away.

You have so much information. I’d like to help get it out to the public. I’ll like to set up your own page here, or your own blog. It’s free either way. What do you think??

    A Timely DIVORCE AGREEMENT !!

Subject: DIVORCE AGREEMENT – Not What You Think

    DIVORCE AGREEMENT

THIS IS SO INCREDIBLY WELL WRITTEN THAT I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT’S BY A YOUNG PERSON -A STUDENT!! WHATEVER HE RUNS FOR, I’LL VOTE FOR HIM!!

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:

We have stuck together since the late 1950s for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course.

Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let’s just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own ways.

Here is a model separation agreement:

Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass, each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

We don’t like redistributive taxes, so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we’ll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. We’ll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O’Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.

We’ll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies and illegal aliens. We’ll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEOs and rednecks. We’ll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .

You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we’ll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we’ll help provide them security.

We’ll keep our Judeo-Christian values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N., but we will no longer be paying the bill.

We’ll keep the SUV’s, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find.

You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors. We’ll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right. We’ll keep “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” and “The National Anthem.” I’m sure you’ll be happy to substitute “Imagine”, “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing”, “Kum Ba Ya” or “We Are the World”.

We’ll practice trickle down economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.

Since it often so offends you, we’ll keep our history, our name and our flag.

Would you agree to this? If so, please pass it along to other like-minded liberal and conservative patriots and if you do not agree, just hit delete. In the spirit of friendly parting, I’ll bet you answer which one of us will need whose help in 15 years.

    Sincerely,
    John J. Wall
    Law Student and an American

P.S. Also, please take Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Ted Turner, Sean Penn, Martin Sheen, Barbara Streisand, Jane Fonda and all other Progressive Socialists with you.

P.S.S. And you won’t have to press 1 for English when you call our country.

Forward This Email Every Time You Get It! Let’s Keep This Going — Maybe Some of It Will Start Sinking In!
