Aaaaa! NC state treasurer Janet Cowell blames non-performing state pension funds on “the downward trend to volatile stock markets due to fears of a global slowdown.” What!! That’s the same as Obama’s old and tired BIOB (Blame it on Bush) bull****. The downward trend couldn’t be because they spent too much, or they promised too much, or they didn’t understand the markets, or they mismanaged the funds, or any number of other governmental screw ups – NO they blame it on OUR FEARS!?? Aaa! Fears grounded in common-sense economics, and our fear of greater and greater government intrusion! That fear? We fear them and what they will do next! — They still don’t hear us!
